Welcome to the Member Assistance Program
With the Member Assistance Program by M Health Fairview, you have access to confidential short-term counseling, information, and community resource referral services for you and your family at no additional cost to you. The Member Assistance Program is designed to help you during challenging times—like issues at work, support during loss and grief, or talking with a professional about mood or behavior concerns- when a little outside support can make a huge difference. The Member Assistance Program has caring professionals who listen. Up to three counseling sessions are provided in-person, virtually, or over the phone, with a licensed counselor from M Health Fairview who is dedicated to providing professional assistance and expertise in many areas.
Members have access to an online web portal with self-guided resources about parenting, aging, balancing, and thriving, legal assistance and financial assistance.
